Return Policy

1. Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item.
2. All in-stock items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charge.
3. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned.
4. Special orders which are cancelled by customer prior to shipping will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
5. Returns and exchanges will be refused if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way. Item must be returned with all original paperwork and boxes.
6. Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase.
