Return Policy

1. Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item.
2. All in-stock items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charge.
3. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned.
4. Special orders which are cancelled by customer prior to shipping will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
5. Returns and exchanges will be refused if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way. Item must be returned with all original paperwork and boxes.
6. Exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase.

The security and protection of our customers' personal information is our top priority. Proworth, Inc. does not distribute our customers information to any third party.

Shipping Rates

U.S. Orders: $30.00 per item (includes insurance). Order are shipped UPS 2nd day. (unless otherwise noted).

International Orders: $90.00 per item (includes insurance). Order are shipped UPS Worldwide Express

Warranty

All the watches that we sell are 100% authentic, original and brand new. We buy brand new, in the box, excess inventory from authorized agents of the brands that we sell. These watches have all their factory serial and reference number engravings intact (you may have to search for these markings since different brands locate these numbers in different places. For example, they may be on the inside or outside of the case). We never sell watches with altered or defaced serial or reference number engravings. We never sell watches that have been opened, altered or modified. We do NOT sell used, refurbished or replica watches. We honor the exact length of the warranty that is issued by the manufacturer.
